TERMS OF SERVICE

By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms, together with
our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

WHO CAN ORDER
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. By ordering you confirm
the payment method you use is yours.

THE PRODUCT
The DogVent Calendar contains 24 numbered doors with 24 collectible dachshund
figurines, one per door.

WARNING: contains small parts. Not suitable for children under 3 years.

We photograph and describe the product as accurately as we can. Colours can look
slightly different on your screen, and figurine designs may vary a little
between production runs.

PRICES AND CURRENCY
Prices are shown in your local currency where available. The price you see at
checkout is what you pay. Shipping is free worldwide. Import duties may apply in
your country — see our Shipping Policy.

We can change prices at any time, but never after you've placed an order.

ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a
dispatch confirmation, not when you pay.

We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if there was a
pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've
paid, you get a full refund.

PAYMENT
Payments are handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your card
details.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS
See our Shipping Policy and our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of
these terms.

OUR CONTENT
All text, photographs and design on this site belong to us. Don't copy,
republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

YOUR CONTENT
If you send us a review, photo or comment, you let us use it to promote the
product. You confirm it's yours to share and that it isn't false or misleading.
We can remove anything at our discretion.

ACCEPTABLE USE
Don't use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, or to
scrape or copy it at scale.

LIABILITY
We provide this site as it is. We don't promise it will always be available or
free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential
loss. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to what you paid for your
order.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our
negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be excluded by law —
including your statutory rights as a consumer.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
If you're a consumer, you keep every right your own country's consumer law gives
you. Nothing in these terms reduces them.

CHANGES
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one
published when you ordered.

LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer you can also rely
on the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live, and bring
proceedings in your own courts.
